The Magnolia Pointe Homeowners Association is hosting our first annual Yard Sale on Sunday, April 18, 2010 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. It will be a group yard sale set up in the common lot on Magnolia Leaf Avenue. Each family is welcome to set up tents and tables to display their items. Please note that the sale is for residents and their family and friends. We will not be advertising nor will the entrance gate be propped open. Setup time is 8:00 am and Yard sale begins at 9am to 1pm.
It's not too late to participate in the yard sale. Just meet in the common area at 8:00 am.to setup.
Please make sure you price all your items. Bags for purchase will be available. Just bring newspaper for any fragile items. If anyone wants to donate snacks or refreshments, that will be greatly appreciated.

As always, the Magnolia Pointe Homeowners Association is dedicated to improving the quality of living and appearance of our community. We encourage residents to take pride in their homes and neighborhood. Please join us in celebrating those who do a superior job in maintaining their yards in such a way that they enhance the overall curb appeal of the entire community.
